The Distillery

Plunged in our farm vineyards, the Cavazza Distillery too is situated among the green and slight slopes on Berici hills.

The dregs of pressed grapes, such as our vintage wines, takes with them all the characteristics that allow to obteinsuch excellent Distillates and Monovitigno Grappas, thanks to a distillation plant imbued with ancient tradition, fitted with innovative technologies.
