The earth.  Maybe it is superflous to say how important the care of the earth is to give wine its perfect quality.
Only by subduing the strenght of nature you can create a good wine.
This idea has influenced all our choices: we have only one aim: to grow grapes just to make wine.
The vine. Every kind of grape is selected accordig to its characteristics.
We take care of every single aspect: soil composition, exposure to sun, method of cultivation.
 So red grapes come only from the most suitableareas, the white wines are made of a special mixture of grapes from different vineyards.

All vineyards belong to our family and we attend to them daily using the most modern agronomical methods.
Well-managed vineyards, grapes vines in perfect rows, like symbolic lines of a musical score between earth and sky, the bunches of sun-kissed grapes like notes sounding the rythm of the landscape.
